The base component for the Avista decorative concrete coating system, suitable for application over existing cured concrete surfaces. 1 bag covers 20 to 25m2 per coat, and two coats are required. Avista Resurfacing System is made up of three components, namely, Avista Base Compound, Avista Resurfacing colour oxide or Avista Water Based Colour Tints and clean potable water.
